Red African Beads Bundle – Krobo Glass Rondelles + Bicone Focals
BOLD RED. GRAPHIC WHITE. BUILT FOR STATEMENT DESIGN.
A high-impact collection of handcrafted African glass beads pairing approximately 90–100 red-and-white Krobo rondelles with two oversized coordinating bicone focal beads—a ready-to-design palette with exceptional visual rhythm.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Make red the architecture of the design.
The Crimson Mosaic Krobo Designer Bundle™ brings together a generous strand of handcrafted African glass rondelle beads and two oversized bicone focal beads in a striking red-and-white palette.
The approximately 90–100 rondelles feature a saturated red ground punctuated by irregular white glass patterning. Their approximately 13–15 mm disc profile creates repetition, movement and substantial visual presence without sacrificing the individuality of handmade glass.
At the center of the bundle are two oversized Krobo bicone focal beads, approximately 24–25 × 29–32 mm. Their larger scale and expressive red-and-white patterning provide natural focal points for statement necklaces, mixed-media jewelry and limited-edition designer pieces.
Rather than sourcing coordinating components separately, designers receive a complete visual vocabulary in one bundle: repetition, contrast and focal scale.
Handcrafted from recycled glass in Ghana.

ARTISAN & CULTURAL CONTEXT
Krobo glass beadmaking is an established Ghanaian craft tradition associated particularly with Krobo communities in Ghana's Eastern Region.
Glass is transformed into distinctive beads through skilled production processes that create variations in surface, color, pattern, dimensions and form.
These differences are integral to the visual character of handcrafted African glass and distinguish the beads from mechanically standardized components.
The contemporary red-and-white coloration should be presented as a design palette rather than assigned an undocumented cultural or symbolic meaning.
HANDCRAFTED CHARACTER
Expect individual variations in shape, size, thickness, surface texture, pattern distribution, color placement, hole dimensions and symmetry.
Minor pits, irregular edges and subtle surface variations can occur as part of handcrafted glass production and are not necessarily defects.
